Unbearably Good Honey

Family History

B. Hogan Apiaries was established by William and Howard Hogan (The Hogan Brothers) in 1934.  B. Hogan Apiaries is owned by Ben and Nancy Hogan and their son, Tim (William’s Grandson).
They currently manage 25 beeyards, and 800 hives (which equates to approximately 50 million bees).  The production from these hives yields, on average, 120,000 lbs. or 60 tons of honey annually.  The beeyards are located from Belleville to Gananoque.  The Retail store, and Federally Registered Processing and Packaging Plant is located along the Loyalist Parkway, just west of the village of Bath, Ontario.
In 2005 they expanded their business to include “The Sugar Shack” where they produce their own Maple Syrup, on site.
Come and visit the honey making process and taste for yourself, the “Unbearably Good Honey” found at B. Hogan Apiaries.
