Olive's Honey Mustard Chicken
1/4 Cup Honey 1/4 Cup Prepared Mustard 1/4 tsp. Curry (to taste) 2 lb Chicken Pieces
Brown chicken. Mix honey, mustard, and curry together. Pour over the chicken and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve
Honey Glazed Carrots
1 Can Baby Carrots 1/4 Cup Honey 1/4 Cup Butter 1/4 tsp. Dried Thyme
Heat carrots in mixture of liquid honey, butter and thyme.
Honey Bran Muffins
3 Eggs 1/2 Cup Honey 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil 3 1/2 Cup 100% Brand Cereal 11/2 Cup Milk 21/4 Cup All Purpose Flour 4 tsp. Baking Soda 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon 1 Cup Raisins
Beat eggs, honey, and oil in a small bowl until blended: set aside. Combine flour, soda, cinnamon, raisins, and bran and then add to honey mixture. Spoon into paper lined or greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 F. for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from pan, cooling slightly on wire rack. Serve warm.
Honey Lemonade
Concentrate: 6 Tbsp. Honey 1 Cup Lemon Juice 1 lemon - thinly sliced
Disolve honey in lemon juice. Add lemon slices and refrigerate until ready to use.
To Serve: Put 1/4 Cup lemon mixture in a 12 oz. glass. Add 3/4 Cup carbonized water. Fill with ice. Serve with a mint leaf to garnish if desired.
Honey Orange Cream Cheese Sauce
1/4 Cup Honey 1-2 Tbsp. Milk 250 gm. Package of Softened Cream Cheese 1Tbsp.FrozenOrangeJuiceConcentrate (thawed)
Combine all ingredients using just enough milk to make a soft sauce consistency. Tastes great with fresh fruit.
